Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and TrackAir (“we”, “us”) about your use of trackair.xyz and the TrackAir flight deal alerts (the “service”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What TrackAir is

TrackAir looks for unusually cheap flights from the airport you choose and tells you about them by email. We are not an airline, a travel agency or a booking site. We don't sell tickets, take payments or handle bookings.

The service is not launched yet. Right now you can create an account, choose your home airport and destination, and join the list. We'll email you when deal alerts start. Until then no deals are sent, and the deals and stories shown on the site are examples.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. The service is designed for people who fly from airports in the United States.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address that you can receive mail at, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't create accounts for other people or with automated tools.
• If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms apply to your Google account; we only receive your name, email address and a confirmation that the email is verified.

4. Emails

When you join you agree to receive emails about the launch and, after launch, deal alerts and occasional news about the service. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to support@trackair.xyz. We may still send you essential messages about your account, such as a password reset or a change to these terms.

5. Deals, prices and third parties

Deals link to airlines and booking sites that we don't control. Fares change quickly and often disappear within hours, so a price we report may no longer be available when you look. Before you book, check the price, dates, baggage rules, visas and travel requirements on the seller's site. Your booking is a contract between you and the airline or booking site, and their terms apply to it. We are not responsible for their prices, service, cancellations or refunds.

We may earn a commission when you book through some links. This never changes the price you pay.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, resell or republish our deal alerts or site content without permission;
• scrape the site, overload it, or try to get around its security;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

The TrackAir name, logo, design and texts belong to us. Destination photos are from Unsplash and belong to their authors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@trackair.xyz. We may change, pause or stop the service, or close accounts, and will try to give notice by email when we do.

9. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to find good deals but can't promise that any deal will be found, will still be available, or will suit you, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TrackAir is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by airlines, booking sites or other third parties, including missed or changed fares. As the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to US$50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
