TrackAir

Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal information TrackAir collects on trackair.xyz, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to send you flight deals, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

When you create an account:

  • your email address;
  • a password, stored only as a secure one-way hash — we can't read it;
  • or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and Google account id;
  • your country, home airport and dream destination;
  • when you agreed to these terms and to receive emails.

How you found us: if you arrived from an ad or link with campaign tags (UTM parameters) or from another website, we save those tags and the referring site with your account when you sign up.

Site visits: we count how many times each page is opened and how many people sign up each day. These are plain totals — we don't store IP addresses, device fingerprints or which pages a particular person viewed, and we don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • to run your account and let you log in;
  • to email you when the service launches, then to send deals from your airport;
  • to see which pages and campaigns bring people in, so we can improve the site;
  • to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
  • to meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use only a few cookies that the site needs to work:

  • Login — keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days or until you log out.
  • Sign-up progress — remembers your airport and destination between the two sign-up steps, for up to an hour.
  • Google sign-in — protects the Google sign-in round trip, for up to 10 minutes.
  • First visit source — remembers campaign tags and the referring site from your first visit, for 30 days, so they can be saved with your account if you sign up.

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information and don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run TrackAir — such as our hosting provider and, after launch, our email delivery service — who may use it only to provide their service to us. Google is involved only if you choose to sign in with Google. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our users and the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Daily visit totals contain no personal information and may be kept indefinitely.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other US states), you may have these rights by law. We honor them for everyone. Write to support@trackair.xyz from the email address on your account; we answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and access to our data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Children

TrackAir is not meant for children. You must be at least 16 to sign up, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we'll delete the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll email you about significant changes before they take effect.
